Thank you for taking a few minutes to found out more about us. Jay has been a Realtor in Running Springs since Oct of 2004. Jay is a certified HAFA short sale specialist, REO list agent and Residential sales agent. Jay moved up here in 1978 with his family and has been a long time Resident. Jay and Andrea were married in 1990 and their son has gone through the entire Rim of the World School District System.
Jay is involved with the Local Community Serving as Senior Pastor of Springs of Life Church in Downtown Running Springs. Service times are Sundays 9am and 6pm. Church website is www.springsoflifers.com He also has done several home Bible Studies, Pulpit Supply, Weddings and other ministries for many years. You may recognize him from Rim of the World Community Church where he served for 12 years. He is still currently Attending Moody Bible College.
Andrea is an licensed agent and works with Jay. She also is a Dental Assistant for a local Dental Office. She has been in the Dental Field since 1993. Licensed as a RDAEF-registered dental assistant with extended functions. She also has served with Jay in ministry for several years.
We are located in a Resort Area. Running Springs is the Hub of the mountain. Lake Arrowhead is about 15 minutes and Big Bear About 25 minutes away. There are lots of Dirt Roads, Hiking Trails and Lakes to Entertain us! We are a town and not a city, hence no city tax. Roads are maintained by San Bernardino County. We have two fire stations and a CHP office in Running Springs alone. Our Elevation is appprox 6500 above sea level, we do get snow! Our market has been affected like every one else. However it is an excellent time to get that second home in the mountains! We -love to work by internet and texting.
